We are looking for full-time Director of Licensing and Certification
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Chief Administrative Officer
- Tracking licenses, permits and waivers - City, State and Federal
- Reporting to the department for key positions
- Medicare enrollment/revalidation/updates to paperwork to the fiscal intermediary
- Credentialing with payers
- Work with CAO and legal department on projects assigned.
- Organizational set up: Statement of Information, Articles of Organization
- Offer letters for key positions
- Purchasing: credit applications
- Administrative duties: mail distribution, ID Badges - corporate and facility leadership
- Performs other related duties as required
- Contract Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Willingness and ability to function as an effective team member through good communication and cooperation to meet departmental goals.
- Ability to finish assigned tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Able to work independently, exercising discretion and sound judgment.
- Ability to represent Company in an ethical and professional manner, and to maintain accountability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Must successfully pass any pre-employment requirements.
- Must have strong detail orientation and high accuracy level.
- Proficient use of Microsoft products including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point and other products as needed.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $110K to $120K annually. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
